Ingredients:

100 gram spinach (stalkless) 🥬

1 mug milk at ambient temperature 🥛

1 mug water at ambient temperature💧

2 eggs 🥚

6-7 tablespoon flour (topfull) 🥄

A half tablespoon butter 🧈

1 tablespoon olive

A half tablespoon salt 🧂
Method:

Halve, spinach into a blender. Blend during a few seconds.

Add, milk into the blender. Blend when the mix will be seen homogeneously

Combine together the mix, water, eggs, olive, slightly melted butter, salt in a large-sized bowl.

Whisk the wet ingredients into the bowl

Add the flour slowly. Mix together until smooth.

Set the batter aside for five minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Wipe over with a little butter to the pan

Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirl it up around the edges. Cook on one side until lightly golden

Stack up on a serving plate.
