Spinach Pancakes


  • 100 gram spinach (stalkless) 🥬
  • 1 mug milk at ambient temperature 🥛
  • 1 mug water at ambient temperature💧
  • 2 eggs 🥚
  • 6-7 tablespoon flour (topfull) 🥄
  • A half tablespoon butter 🧈
  • 1 tablespoon olive
  • A half tablespoon salt 🧂


  1. Halve, spinach into a blender. Blend during a few seconds.
  2. Add, milk into the blender. Blend when the mix will be seen homogeneously
  3. Combine together the mix, water, eggs, olive, slightly melted butter, salt in a large-sized bowl.
  4. Whisk the wet ingredients into the bowl
  5. Add the flour slowly. Mix together until smooth.
  6. Set the batter aside for five minutes.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Wipe over with a little butter to the pan
  8. Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirl it up around the edges. Cook on one side until lightly golden
  9. Stack up on a serving plate.
